Riyadh: Cluster 2 Airports Company achieved a new milestone in the civil-aviation system, with 16 of its airports receiving the World’s Airport Customer Experience Accreditation (ACEA) of the Airports Council International (ACI) for 2024.

This achievement is the result of continuous efforts by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) in terms of regulation and oversight. It is a testament to the operational efforts of Cluster 2 Airports Company to provide the finest services and best experiences for travellers.

Cluster 2 Airports Company chief executive Eng. Ali Masrahi expressed his satisfaction with this achievement, emphasizing that the company focused on three main areas: understanding customer needs, developing a clear strategy aligned with traveller requirements, and measuring improvement by tracking key performance indicators across all aspects of the traveller journey.

This, he noted, resulted in obtaining the ACEA accreditation from the ACI.

Masrahi also highlighted the company’s commitment
to continuously improving the traveller experience and its efforts to achieve all objectives aligned with the National Aviation Strategy led by the GACA.

Additionally, he expressed his best wishes for the success of all contributors to this achievement, affirming their ongoing pursuit of further excellence and distinction in enhancing the travel experience across airports.
