276 new coronavirus cases, 70 recoveries and 7 deaths were recorded in Syria on Tuesday, according to Health Ministry.

“Till now, the total number of the registered coronavirus cases in Syria has reached up to 37,229 of which 24,573 have recovered, while 2,348 have passed away”, the Ministry said in a statement.

The first coronavirus case was reported in Syria on March 22nd in a person who came from abroad, while the first fatality was registered on the 29th of the same month.
