280 new Coronavirus infections, 72 recoveries and 10 deaths were reported in Syria, according to the Health Ministry.

The total number of the coronavirus cases detected in Syria has reached up to 37, 509 till now, while 24,645 recoveries and 2,358 have been reported, according to a statement by the Ministry.

The first coronavirus case was reported in Syria on March 22nd in a person who came from abroad, while the first fatality was recorded on the 29th of the same month.
