Thirty-five-year-old Naser Hamada al Jahmani from Seyda town in Daraa governorate eastern suburbs. He had agreed a security settlement with Syrian regime forces previously. On October 6, 2022, his body was found on the road between the villages of Kaheel and al Tayba in Daraa governorate eastern suburbs. His body was bearing torture marks and gunshot wounds, and his hand and feet were tied.
The area is under the control of the Syrian regime forces.

SNHR has so far been unable to identify the party responsible for his death. Although the controlling forces are responsible for finding and punishing the perpetrators of such crimes, they haven’t launched any investigation into this case, which raises suspicions of their involvement in this killing.
