Head of the Economic, Social and Environmental Council, Charles Arbeed, wrote today on Twitter: “The play of the exchange rate fluctuating for a few hours on a holiday is like a rehearsal or a display of muscles within the course of maintenance work…In the past, sirens were heard from time to time, at noon on the first Thursday of the month, to ensure their readiness!”
