Cabinet allocates funds to cover costs of local administration councils’ elections

Damascus, The Cabinet approved the allocation of the funds needed to cover the costs of holding elections for members of local administration councils, which are due to be held on September.

During a session on Sunday chaired by Prime Minister Imad Khamis, the Cabinet approved the suggestions put forth by the Central Authority for Financial Supervision for developing transparency in the work of public sector establishments.
