Worldwide coronavirus deaths near four million

Capitals- The coronavirus death toll worldwide has reached up to four million since its outbreak in December 2019, meanwhile the number of infections has exceeded 184,798,000, according to the last statistics by the American Worldometers Website.

According to the website which tracks the latest developments of the virus, the total number of the worldwide infections has reached up to 184,798,513, while the death toll has amounted to 3,997,096 and the recoveries have reached up to 169,120,883.

The US still tops the worst- affected countries in terms of infections and deaths as it has recorded 621,315 deaths out of 34,596,348 infections.

India comes second with 403,308 deaths out of 30,618,468 infections, then Brazil comes in the third place with 524,475 deaths out of 18,769,808 infections.

Health Ministry: 34 new convid-19 cases recorded, 5 recover

Damascus- Health Ministry announced on Sunday that 34 new coronavirus cases were detected in Syria, 5 patients have recovered while 2 infected persons have passed away.

The Ministry said in a statement that the total number of infections in the country has reached up to 25653, of which 21850 have recovered and 1887 passed away.

The first case of the disease was registered on March 22nd, 2020 and the first fatality was observed on March 29th, 2020.

Health Ministry: 33 new convid-19 cases recorded, 7 recover

Damascus,- Health Ministry announced on Saturday that 33 new coronavirus cases were detected in Syria, 7 patients have recovered while 3 infected persons have passed away.

The Ministry said in a statement that the total number of infections in the country has reached up to 25619, of which 21845 have recovered and 1885 passed away.

The first case of the disease was registered on March 22nd, 2020 and the first fatality was observed on March 29th, 2020.

Syrians and foreigners, who will come to Syria, will be exempted from PCR document if they had a vaccination

Damascus -Health Minister, Hassan Muhammad al-Ghabash, instructed health departments in provinces that Syrians and foreigners coming to Syria will be exempted from presenting a document of PCR test if they had the anti-corona vaccination.

The Minister issued a circular stipulating that the Syrians or foreigners who come to Syria will be exempted from PCR test if they had a vaccination against Covid-19.

Damascus- Health Ministry announced on Thursday that 36 new coronavirus cases were detected in Syria, 6 patients have recovered while 3 infected persons have passed away.

The Ministry said in a statement that the total number of infections in the country has reached up to 25551, of which 21831 have recovered and 1879 passed away.

The first case of the disease was registered on March 22nd, 2020 and the first fatality was observed on March 29th, 2020.

Health Ministry: 36 new convid-19 cases recorded, 8 recover, 3 fatalities

Damascus- Health Ministry announced on Wednesday that 36 new coronavirus cases were detected in Syria, 8 patients have recovered while 3 infected persons have passed away.

The Ministry said in a statement that the total number of infections in the country has reached up to 25515, of which 21825 have recovered and 1876 passed away.

The first case of the disease was registered on March 22nd, 2020 and the first fatality was observed on March 29th, 2020.

Governmental efforts to secure drinking water for people of Hasaka

Hasaka- In the framework of efforts exerted by the governmental establishments to secure drinking water for people of Hasaka city in light of cutting water supply off Alouk station due to practices of Turkish occupier, a convoy of tankers were running to fill water in the treasurers positioned in the streets of city and delivering water to citizens immediately in streets which don’t have treasurers.

The initiative was carried out in cooperation with several service governmental authorities , international Committee of the Red Cross, the Syrian Arab Red Crescent, and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) are working to secure additional quantities of drinking water to people by running 19 tankers in light of the increased need to water due to difficult weather conditions and high temperature.

Head of Water Establishment, Mahmoud Ukla said that the initiative targeted to secure water to locals within Hasaka city center and neighborhoods particularly some streets, noting that water quantities will be doubled on Thursday with the help charitable sides to alleviate the suffering and providing drinking water.

More new coronavirus infections worldwide

Capitals- India has registered 45,951 cases and 817 new deaths with Coronavirus during the last 24 hours.

According to the last statistics by the American Worldometers Website, the total number of infections in India has reached up to 30 million and 362,848, while the number of deaths has amounted to 398,484, including 800 doctors.

India ranks second in the world after the US in terms of the number of infections and third after America and Brazil in terms of the number of deaths.

Meanwhile, Robert Koch Institute for Infectious Diseases in Germany announced the registration of 808 new infections and 56 deaths from the virus, bringing the total infections to 3,728,141 million and the deaths to 90,875.

In China, the National Health Committee announced the registration of 9 new infections with the virus, bringing the total number to 91,780 infections, while the number of deaths remains stable at 4,636.

In South Korea, the number of infections rose to 156,961 with a daily increase of 794, while the number of deaths increased to 2018 after one death was recorded of one case during the past 24 hours.

Health Ministry: 37 new coronavirus cases recorded, 9 patients recover, 3 pass away

Damascus- Health Ministry announced on Tuesday that 37 new coronavirus cases were recorded in Syria, while 9 patients recovered and 3 others passed away.

The Ministry, in a statement added that the total number of infections recorded in Syria has reached up to 25,479 till now of which 21,817 patients have recovered while 1,873 have passed way.

The first coronavirus case was recorded in Syria on march 22nd last year in a person who came from abroad, while the first fatality was registered on the 29th of the same month.

Egypt reports 261 new coronavirus infections, 23 deaths- Health Ministry

The Health Ministry said on Wednesday 30/6/2021 that 261 new coronavirus cases were detected, upping the total number of confirmed cases since the outbreak of the pandemic in the country to 281,031.

In a statement, Spokesman for the Health Ministry Khaled Megahed said 23 patients have died from the virus over the past 24 hours, raising the death toll to 16,148.

As many as 323 patients were discharged from isolation hospitals after receiving necessary medical care, taking the number of recovered cases to 210,805 so far, the spokesman said.

Three civilians injured in blast of landmine left behind terrorists in al – Bweida village, north of Hama

Hama- Three civilians were injured in blast of landmine left behind by terrorists in the vicinity of al-Bweida village in Hama northern countryside.

A police source in Hama told SANA reporter that a landmine went off on Sunday evening near a residential house in al-Bweida village, injuring three civilians from the same family, including a child.

Damascus, Health Ministry announced on Friday that 41 new coronavirus cases were detected in Syria, 9 patients have recovered while 3 infected persons have passed away.

The Ministry said in a statement that the total number of infections in the country has reached up to 25328, of which 21783 have recovered and 1862 passed away.

The first case of the disease was registered on March 22nd, 2020 and the first fatality was observed on March 29th, 2020.
