Fawzi Awad al-Msalma, aged 42, a grocery store worker from the Tareeq al-Sad neighborhood of Daraa city, was killed on November 9, 2022, by a stray bullet fired in clashes between local Daraa fighters and gunmen believed to be affiliated with ISIS in his local neighborhood.

We, at the Syrian Network for Human Rights, have been unable to identify the party responsible for his death as of this writing.
