Maen Nizar Falouji from Daraa al Balad in Daraa city was shot and killed on April 29, 2022 during a shootout between Syrian regime forces personnel and two unidentified gunmen on a motorbike in Daraa city, which is controlled by the Syrian regime forces.

SNHR is unable to identify the party responsible for his murder as of this writing. The controlling forces are responsible for identifying the perpetrators.
