Dammam, The Eastern Region Municipality has been awarded two International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certifications for quality management and customer satisfaction (ISO 10002 and ISO 10004).

This achievement results from the municipality’s commitment to implementing the standards the Digital Government Authority sets to improve the quality of its services across all departments.
