Minister of Education Tareq Shawki announced that the new academic year 2021/2022 will begin with a regular attendance for students, teachers and administration staffers with the activation of the absence system.
Posting on his Facebook page, Shawki said the digital educational platforms and online classes will be available to complete the educational process and not a substitute for school attendance till a necessity of pandemic hikes of infections arises.
