Egyptian authorities affirmed Sunday 3 deaths and 24 others injured during the collapse of an eight-story building in Al- Beheira Governorate.

Middle East News Agency said the eight-story building collapsed in the Rasheed district, where civil protection teams moved to the scene immediately, cordoned off and evacuated four houses close to the damaged property.

The search continues for victims under the rubble.
