The Health Ministry said 856 new coronavirus cases were detected in Egypt in the past 24 hours, upping the total number of infections to 352,123.

In a statement released on Tuesday 23/11/2021, the ministry said 61 patients died from the virus over the past 24 hours, raising the death toll to 20,052.

As many as 719 patients were discharged from hospitals after receiving medical care, taking the number of recoveries to 293,374, it added.
