The Health Ministry said on Monday night 8/11/2021 that 929 new coronavirus cases were detected in Egypt in the past 24 hours, upping the total number of cases to 338,414.

In a statement, Spokesman for the Health Ministry Khaled Megahed said 54 patients died from the virus over the past 24 hours, raising the death toll to 19,130.

As many as 522 patients were discharged from hospitals after receiving medical care, taking the number of recoveries to 283,747, the spokesman added.
