Foreign Minister, High-Level Delegation Meet with Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff


Islamabad: The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, and a high-level delegation from the Kingdom met on Tuesday with Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff Gen. Asim Munir in the Pakistani capital of Islamabad.

The meeting discussed means of enhancing the firm relations between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan in various fields.

Both sides also discussed enhancing strategic and security cooperation between both countries, contributing to global security and peace.

The Kingdom’s delegation comprises Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture Abdulrahman Al-Fadley, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar Al-Khorayef, Advisor to the Royal Court Mohammad Al-Tuwaijri, and Assistant Minister of Investment Ibrahim Al-Mubarak.

Additionally, the Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan, Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Malki, and senior officials from the Ministry of Energy and the Public Investment Fund (PIF).
