Dubai: Foreign Minister, Asaad al-Shaibani, met on Tuesday his United Arab Emirates counterpart, Sheikh Abdallah bin Zaid Al Nahyan, on the sidelines of the World Governments Summit 2025 being held in Dubai.

According to Syrian Arab News Agency, the meeting focused on strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries and discussing regional issues of mutual concern. Both ministers emphasized the importance of cooperation in various sectors, including trade, investment, and cultural exchange.

The discussion also covered collaborative efforts to enhance security and stability in the region. The ministers agreed on the need for continued dialogue and coordination to address challenges facing the Middle East.

This meeting is part of a series of high-level discussions taking place at the World Governments Summit 2025, which has brought together leaders and officials from around the world to discuss pressing global issues and future governance strategies.
