GOSI Introduces AI-Powered Open Data Platform, Employment Support Services, GOSI App

In line with its strategy to empower future generations, the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) has introduced several innovative services along with its new visual identity.

GOSI has launched an AI-powered open data platform that provides a seamless experience for economists, researchers, business owners, and Saudi citizens to browse social insurance open data and related statistics. The platform features engaging visuals supported by infographics and charts, making it easier for users to understand statistics related to contributors, beneficiaries, and institutions in Saudi Arabia.

This platform uses AI techniques to offer an advanced user experience, enabling specialists and various users to complete tasks, make informed decisions, and conduct research with reliable and accurate data. By doing so, it enhances the efficiency of strategic planning across multiple sectors. Users can select specific Saudi regions and obtain relevant data, while an interactive AI-powered virtual assistant is ava
ilable to analyze the data and answer questions, supplemented by infographics to improve comprehension. The virtual assistant also allows users to download or share data in multiple formats.

In addition to the open data platform, GOSI has introduced the “Employment” service, which connects jobseekers registered in the “Sanad” system with employers. This service enables jobseekers to upload their resumes and showcase their expertise through GOSI’s website and app, allowing employers to recruit them. The “Suggested Salary Calculator” helps employers stay informed about labor market trends by providing data on salary ranges, visualized through infographics that compare average salaries in the same sector.

GOSI also unveiled its Super App, designed to enhance user experience by providing a one-stop shop for contributors, retirees, and employers. The app allows users to switch between individual and business accounts, making it easier to access and complete services quickly.

Further reflecting its vision for mo
dernization and innovation, GOSI has introduced a digital payments portal with five payment options for institutions, ensuring a seamless and secure payment experience. Business owners can also use the portal to offer benefits directly to Taqdeer beneficiaries.

GOSI presented these new services and its visual identity as part of a comprehensive development process aimed at upgrading its operational ecosystem and advancing its digitization efforts. This positions GOSI as a leader in social insurance, offering innovative and comprehensive solutions and services.
