Health Minister: Bahraini youth are nation’s real asset

Minister of Health Dr. Jalila bint Al-Sayed Jawad Hassan praised the Bahraini youth as the real asset of the nation and key contributors to building a brighter future for the posterity. She noted that Bahrain had mapped out comprehensive strategies to avail of the youth’s potentials in fast-tracking development.

During a celebration held by the Ministry of Health to mark Bahrain Youth Day, the Minister of Health pointed out the great support accorded to the youth by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. She also underscored the tireless follow-up of Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.

The minister said that the kingdom’s celebration of Bahrain Youth Day on March 25 is an occasion to highlight the vital role played by Bahraini youngsters in the development and modernization process. She added it is also an opportunity to renew pride in the youth’s contributions in various areas.

The minister congratulated the Bahraini youth and thanked the Equal Opportunities Committee at the Health Ministry for its efforts in organizing the celebration.
