Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University Wins Awards in 49th International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva


Riyadh: Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University (IMSIU) won awards during its participation in the 49th International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva for creating inventions by employees from the colleges of Medicine and Engineering, in addition to the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

The Head of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and supervisor of the university’s participation in the exhibition, Dr. Sawsan Al-Momen, said that the university’s participation aims to strengthen the Kingdom’s soft power through presence in international forums to highlight the latest inventions of Saudi universities, in addition to international competition, achieving advanced positions, exchanging experiences, learning about international inventions, communicating with those interested in marketing inventions commercially, and unifying the efforts of universities in the field of inventions.

The International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva is a prominent event where models of inventions from many cou
ntries are exhibited. It represents a hub for showcasing thousands of innovations and inventions in various fields, such as engineering, environmental protection, energy, and other sciences and industries.
