JUDGE NASSAR INSTRUCTS OIL DIRECTORATE TO PREVENT DELIVERY OF DIESEL TO 10 GAS STATIONS IN NORTH LEBANON

Judge Samaranda Nassar issued a decision addressed to the General Directorate of Oil, banning the delivery of diesel fuel to ten gas stations located in the North, in Minieh, Abdeh, and Akkar, all the way to Koura, as those are selling the aforementioned substance at black market rates, in preparation for its smuggling into Syria through the Hermel region.

It also stipulated informing the fuel-importing companies and oil facilities in Lebanon to enforce the decision and prevent delivery to the said stations until the investigation is completed.
