KATAEB: WE PROMISE THE LEBANESE TO SPEAK THE TRUTH, DEFY INTIMIDATIONS

Kataeb Party Political Bureau held its weekly meeting on Monday, chaired by Party Leader, Sami Gemeyal.

Discussions reportedly focused on the latest developments. In the wake of the meeting, the Party issued a statement pledging to confront attempts to “strike Lebanon’s sovereignty and independence” and “to shush and intimidate the Lebanese.”

The Party also promised the Lebanese to opt for truth and freedom at all costs, as well as to defy “terrorization attempts and any system that revives the Syrian occupation in Lebanon.”

“We will not allow these bad times to reign again in Lebanon,” Kataeb’s statement added.
