King Saud University’s College of Sport Sciences and Physical Activity will host the fifth annual International Conference on Sport Sciences and Physical Activity on Monday. The conference will be held under the theme “Physical Activity to Enhance Quality of Life.” It will be attended by experts and representatives from local and international sports sectors and organizations.

The conference will cover scientific topics related to the practice of sports and physical activity, as well as partnerships, policies, and initiatives for government sectors concerned with promoting quality of life. The aim is to ensure the sustainability of opportunities and options for practicing physical activity, contribute to developing national movement guidelines, and highlight the role of artificial intelligence in promoting physical activity for health.

The conference will also provide opportunities to enhance investment in projects that support the practice of physical activity.
