The Republic of Korea’s embassy in Manama celebrated a week of Korean Cuisine in a course that hosted a variety of food-making, culture-loving people.

The 2023 Korean Cuisine Course opened its doors to Bahrainis and expatriates alike to experience the art of Korean cooking, under the instructions of a dedicated Chef Jung Inkyong, who visited Bahrain to provide this delightful experience.

This year’s cooking class marks the 4th edition of the Korean embassy’s Korean Cuisine Course and its theme is “Kimchi,” the most essential and irreplaceable part of Korean Cuisine.

Chef Jung introduced the technique of making authentic Kimchi with local vegetables and many other recipes that make use of Kimchi.

Following the course, the embassy organised a Gala Dinner.
