KSrelief’s Mobile Clinics Provide Services to 15,888 People in Al-Khawkhah, Yemen in February


Hodeidah, Yemen, In February, the mobile medical and nutritional clinics in Al-Khawkhah district, Yemen’s Al-Hudaydah, administered treatment services to 15,888 beneficiaries, backed by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief).

The internal medicine clinic catered to 3,761 patients, while the emergency clinic addressed 4,860 cases. Additionally, the epidemiology clinic tended to 1,277 patients, and the pediatrics clinic cared for 632 children. Throughout the month, the mobile medical team aided 769 individuals, with the reproductive health department assisting 1,099 cases and the therapeutic nutrition clinic supporting 206 beneficiaries. Immunization services were extended to 114 individuals, while the obstetrics department served 37 individuals. The surgery and dressing department treated 370 individuals, and the medical referral department handled 50 cases. The awareness and education department provided guidance to 2,713 individuals. A total of 4,993 individuals benefited from the lab
oratory department, and medicines were dispensed to 12,947 patients. Additionally, the healthcare department received 3,277 cases, the blood transfusion department assisted 9 individuals, and the cardiac monitoring department supported 4 beneficiaries. A maintenance operation was carried out to rehabilitate one of the clinics.
