His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Saturday a cable of congratulations to Sheikh Ahmad bin Mohammad bin Rashid Al-Maktoum on the post of Dubai Second Deputy Ruler.
In the cable, His Highness the Crown Prince voiced sincere congratulation for the decree issued by Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, UAE’s Vice President, Prime Minister and Dubai Ruler, on his appointment to the post.
