Beirut: The Lebanese army is intensifying its troop presence in the southern region as part of its commitment to the ceasefire agreement, coordinated alongside the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) following recent hostilities with Israel. This development was highlighted in a statement released by the Lebanese army command on Thursday.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the army is actively overseeing Israeli violations in collaboration with relevant authorities. The military command emphasized its ongoing nationwide missions, which include apprehending wanted individuals and bolstering troop deployments along Lebanon’s northern and eastern borders.
