Homs,- Minister of Local Administration and Environment, Hussein Makhlouf, called on heads of administrative departments in Homs to stand on the demands of citizens, provide them with all possible facilities and simplify procedures.

Makhlouf, during an expanded meeting with heads of administrative units in Homs province,stressed the important role of local councils in controlling prices and markets in coordination with the ministries of internal trade and consumer protection, justice and the interior through committees that include representatives from local councils, neighborhood committees and representatives from internal trade and the ration control.
