The Minister of Education, Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Benyan, discussed Friday with the Ambassador of the Republic of India to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dr. Suhel Ajaz Khan, ways to enhance joint cooperation in higher education, scientific research, and innovation.

The meeting reviewed activating existing cooperation agreements between the Kingdom and India.

Al-Benyan congratulated the Indian ambassador over the success of his country’s presidency of the Group of Twenty (G20) during the year 2023, valuing the selection of the education priorities for the G20’s education working group.

The two sides also discussed future cooperation opportunities between the two countries, including scientific research exchange and scholarships.
