Makkah: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in partnership with Umm Al-Qura University, keeps active its Rafid Al-Haramain Initiative, which provides 100,000 training opportunities for employees who work in the service of pilgrims.
One program of the initiative, ‘Risk Management and Effective Decision Strategies’, was organized yesterday at the university’s headquarters in Makkah.
The initiative is concerned with equipping the public, private and non-profit sectors with the most important skills to serve Hajj and Umrah pilgrims and visitors; it does so through four training programs that stand testimony to the Kingdom’s care for the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors, in implementation of Saudi Vision 2030 and to achieve the objectives of the Pilgrim Experience Program and the Human Capability Development Program.
The initiative offers programs and equips with skills in various specializations that support workers during the Hajj and Umrah season, based on the best local and international experiences.
