Moroni, The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance started yesterday a specialized course to qualify imams and preachers in Moroni, the capital of the Union of the Comoros.

Minister of Justice and Islamic Affairs of the Comoros Djae Ahamada Chanfi and the Mufti of the Comoros Abu Bakr Abdullah Jamal Al-Layl are taking the course as well.

The four-day course is the result of a memorandum of understanding reached by the two sides regarding cooperation in Islamic affairs.
