Organizational Services Accompany Worshippers at Prophets Mosque

The Prophets Mosque witnesses a significant influx of worshippers and visitors coming to perform prayers during the Umrah season. The General Authority for the Care of the Prophets Mosque provides various services to cater to their needs, ensuring the space is prepared for comfort, tranquility, and devotion.

The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) captured scenes of worshippers and visitors in the mosque and its outer courtyards, accompanied by guiding and organizational efforts from the Crowd Management Department. Support services for the elderly and individuals with disabilities are also provided, along with water distribution for worshippers, iftar services for those fasting in designated areas, and cleaning, sanitization, and perfuming services to create a peaceful and healthy environment.

Care services for worshippers include random sampling of Zamzam water from dispensers and cooled drinking fountains in the courtyards, as well as from hard surfaces around the mosque, to ensure the quality and safety of the wat
er and its compliance with health standards. Air quality is monitored, and the suitability of the air conditioning is assessed based on the weather and the number of worshippers inside the mosque. Security personnel and guides assist worshippers in guiding them to designated prayer areas inside the mosque, on the roof, and in the courtyards. They also ensure clear pedestrian pathways and prevent obstructions during entry and exit through the mosque

s doors after prayers.

The program for entry into Al-Rawda Al-Sharifa and visits to the Prophet Mohammeds tomb is managed according to pre-scheduled appointments via the Nusuk app, in alignment with the spaces capacity. Services and care are provided to worshippers in both the mens and womens sections around the clock.
