PM: State welcomes private sector’s participation in implementing projects in new cities

Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli asserted on Saturday 06/11/2021 that the state welcomes the private sector’s participation in implementing developmental and service projects in new cities including the New Alamein city.

This came during his meeting to review the masterplan and designs of an immense investment project in New Alamein city.

The meeting was attended by Tourism and Antiquities Minister Khaled el Anani, Housing Minister Assem el Gazzar and a number of investors in the tourism field.

The proposed designs aim at establishing a residential resort for locals and tourists on an area of 4.5 million square meters, which includes hotels, housing units, and special areas for commercial and entertainment services and recreational activities.

During the meeting, Madbouli said that the project will be studied within the framework of the state’s keenness to fulfill the development plans for the city which boasts a lovely and picturesque landscape.
