Russian envoy deems talks with Lebanese officials very positive

Russian Special Presidential Envoy, Alexander Lavrentiev, on Thursday said the Russian delegation held “very positive” talks with the Lebanese officials.”

“We will continue joint work for the return of displaced Syrians to their homeland,” Lavrentiev said in the wake of talks held at the Baabda palace this afternoon.

On the other hand, House Speaker Nabih Berri, left Baabda palace without giving a statement to media representatives.
