Units of the Syrian Armed forces confronted a large terrorist attack in Aleppo western countryside, and inflicted heavy losses in personnel and equipment upon them The Defense Ministry said in a statement on its website on Friday that ‘Units of our Armed Forces repelled a large terrorist attack on Thursday evening launched by terrorist group affiliated to Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organization on our positions in Kafer Ammah, east of al-Atarib in Aleppo western countryside during the breakfast time.’ The statement pointed out that the army units inflicted heavy losses in personnel and equipment upon the terrorists, killing 11 terrorists, among them the leader of the terrorist group, and injuring large numbers of them. The statement added that five bodies of the dead terrorists, among them of foreign nationalities, were withdrawn and their arms and equipment were seized
