President Abdel Fattah El Sisi received on Monday Chief Executive Officer of French plane-maker Dassault Aviation S.A. Eric Trappier, who is currently participating in the second edition of the Egypt Defense Expo (EDEX 2021).

The meeting was attended by Minister of Defense and Military Production Mohamed Zaki, Head of the Armed Forces Financial Affairs Authority Ahmed el Shazly, and Head of the Armed Forces Armament Authority Osama Ezzat, Presidential Spokesman Bassam Rady said.

The meeting touched on aspects of joint cooperation between Cairo and Dassault Aviation S.A. in light of the company’s great experience in high-tech military industries.
