Manama, Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al Asfoor, Minister of Social Development, received Dr. Hashim Hussein, Head of the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation Investment and Technology Promotion Office in Bahrain (UNIDO-ITPO).

The meeting discussed ways to enhance cooperation in various fields, particularly in social sustainable development.

The minister stressed the importance of the strategic partnership with the UNIDO regional office to achieve national development goals.

Dr. Hussein expressed his appreciation for the cooperation of the government of Bahrain, praising the efforts of the Ministry of Social Development to consolidate the partnership between the two sides.
