Syrian Olympic football team tied with Jordanian counterpart 2-2 in a friendly match that brought them together on Tuesday in Amman within a training camp conducted by the Syrian team in preparation for Asian U-23 Cup qualifiers.

On Friday, the Syrian team lost to its Jordanian counterpart 0-1 in the friendly match that brought them together in the same camp.

The draw for the qualifiers put the Syrian team in the first group along with the teams of Qatar, Yemen and Sri Lanka.
