Syrian tribes and clans renew their rejection of any illegitimate foreign presence in Syria

Sheikhs and dignitaries of the Syrian Arab tribes and clans affirmed on Friday, during their meeting at the Caesar Palace Hotel in Damascus, their complete rejection of any illegitimate foreign presence on the Syrian land and work by all means to expel the occupiers and the necessity of returning all lands to the lap of the homeland.

The concluding statement by the sheikhs and dignitaries of the Syrian Arab tribes and clans stressed the categorical rejection of any project that seeks to divide Syria or any separatist project by the occupier and its tools, stressing the work with all possibilities and means to confront these projects alongside the Syrian Arab Army.

They demanded the occupier and its agents to leave Syria and its people, who still suffer from the most difficult economic and social conditions as a result of their presence, calling on the international community to condemn the presence of the occupier and expel it from the Syrian lands, and lifting the unjust economic coercive unilateral measures imposed on Syria.

They affirmed that their loyalty is for the homeland and President Bashar al-Assad.
