Representatives of Arab organizations and federations and member states of the League of Arab States were present at the meeting, held in Jeddah May 5-7.

Several critical topics were discussed, including activating Arab agreements; manufacturing, repairing, and constructing ships in Arab countries; applying artificial intelligence (AI) in transport and logistics; transporting hazardous materials; specifications of dimensions, weights, and driving hours; electronic platforms; and transport databases.

The Kingdom shared its experiences in the logistics and transport sector. Attendees were briefed on the Kingdom’s expertise in railway transport and visited Haramain expres
s train stations in Jeddah Governorate and King Abdullah Economic City in Rabigh.

The Kingdom showcased its experience in using AI in container handling and shared insights from a visit to King Abdullah Port in King Abdullah Economic City.
