Temperatures will stay around average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the uppers layers of the atmosphere.

The skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general with a weak shower chance over the coastal region”, Meteorology Department said in its Thursday bulletin.

According to the bulletin, the weather will be cold at night in general and relatively cold over the mountains with superficial high humidity, specifically in the central region.

The winds will be southerly with a low to moderate speed and some active gusts in the afternoon, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows; Damascus 30/17, Daraa 30/15, Homs 29/16, Hasaka 34/16, Tartous 30/20, Deir Ezzor 35/21.
