Temperatures will slightly drop to become around average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the southeastern direction accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorology Department, in its Wednesday bulletin, expected that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy, while the weather will become cloudy at night over the coastal regions and the mountains, with a little chance for showers over those regions.

The winds will be westerly to southwesterly with some active gusts whose speed exceeds 40km/h, while the sea waves will be low in height.

The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 34/18, Daraa 31/18, Homs 31/19, Hasaka 38/22, Tartous 30/23, Aleppo 32/21, Deir Ezzor 37/21.
