Damascus- Temperatures will continue to rise to become near average as the country is affected by a low air pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

In its Tuesday bulletin, Meteorology Department expected that the skies will be clear in general and partly cloudy over the coastal regions, while weather will be misty in the eastern and al-Badia (semi-desert) regions.

The wind will be westerly to southwesterly with a moderate speed accompanied by active gusts, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 34/19, Daraa 33/20, Homs 32/21, Tartous 31/25, Aleppo 34/23, Deir Ezzor 42/27.
