The Prophet’s Mosque Imam and preacher Sheikh Dr. Ahmed Al-Huthaifi visited yesterday the Indonesian Ulema Council in Jakarta.
The visit was part of the program of visits by the imams of the two holy mosques, carried out by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance in coordination with several government agencies and their counterparts in countries around the world.
Al-Huthaifi urged the attendees to preach tolerance and moderation and advised Muslims to distance themselves from extremist parties that destroyed homelands, displaced families, and spread sedition.
