Thousands of civilians have fled their houses and villages, in Afrin city and the surrounding areas, in the northern countryside of Aleppo, as Turkish troops continue their attacks and random bombardment of the city.

Civil sources told SANA that, the Turkish attack resulted in the death of dozens, and the injury of many others and caused huge material damage, not to mention forcing families to leave the area.

The United Nations report said that, an estimated 5,000 people have been displaced from Afrin city, as of Monday, expressing the UN readiness to provide assistance.
