A World Food Programme (WFP) convoy recently delivered humanitarian aid to Idlib through the Saraqeb-Tronba crossing linking regime-controlled areas to Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham-controlled territories in Northwest Syria. The convoy comes a few weeks before a United Nations (UN) resolution enabling cross-border aid delivery is put to vote at the UN security council.
