The Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar bin Ibrahim Al-Khorayef, has met with the Egyptian Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly in the presence of the Egyptian Minister of Trade and Industry Ahmed Samir Saleh, the Vice Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Eng. Osama bin Abdulaziz Al-Zamil, the Saudi Ambassador to Egypt Osama bin Ahmed Nugali, and several senior officials from the industry and mineral resources sector, as part of his official visit to Egypt.

The two sides discussed the opportunities to enhance the partnership between the two countries in the industrial and mining sectors and the promising investment opportunities provided by the national strategies for industry in the two countries.

They also reviewed means to increase access to non-oil exports between the two sides and take advantage of the economic capabilities and potentials the two countries enjoy to achieve mutual benefit and common interests.
